Short Course Feedback: The support, encouragement, verve and warmth of the tutors was brilliant, added to which their patience and calmness at times of urgent creative technical how many more plugs can I use crisis was helpful.

Add all of this to the excellent lead in you gave with introductory information and interface to the course, plus, being in such delightfully peaceful surroundings ... all in all, I am inspired, nourished and given new direction. The course was well organised and steadily paced. The venue is beautiful and an excellent learning environment for me, instead of some ugly building in the city. The staff were endlessly patient, encouraging and warm hearted. All in all a very positive, insightful and creative, excellent professional development experience.

Summer School Feedback: What a pleasure it was to meet everyone at Forkbeard, and what a fantastic week we had!! I came away buzzing with ideas.

Everyone was so generous with their knowledge and expertise and it was such fun!! I had a fab week with you at the summer school and I just want to say a huge thank you to you all. I met some lovely people and learnt so many things, so again thank you so much. This was the perfect thing for me to do after finished my university course. I felt a bit lost and in need of direction. The summer school reinstated my faith that it is possible to pursue your ambitions and be successful doing the things that you love.

May I also take here the opportunity to thank once again the Forkbeard Fantasy team for its genuine generosity, support, great sense of humour. I feel that I learned a lot during the workshop in such a short time (!) and left Devon very much inspired!
