Getting more creative at home can be as simple as having drawer of art materials and a messy space where things can be left out. We recognise that for some children and young people this creative space is essential to their well-being and can help manage mental and physical health.

We've developed a downloadable Basic Kit List for parents who want to encourage art and design skills at home but dont know where to start. This kit list will fit in a shoe box!

Need a bit more support?
Does your child want more support with Art and Design at home? Our Home tutor can offer advice on including the arts in an Education and Health Care Plan and provide 1:1 sessions for children with additional needs as part of their Education Healthcare Plan (EHCP).
For young people looking for a creative challenge, we also offer accreditation through the Arts Award. Arts Award inspires young people to grow their arts and leadership talents: it's creative, valuable and accessible.
